Why Jose Mourinho Must Stay !!!

WARNING: THIS ARTICLE IS BIASED AS FUCK !!!

It seems like its Sacking time at Chelsea or at least that's what the  British media is making us believe. "Jose Mourinho on the brink", "Jose to be sacked next Saturday"and the not so clever " The Sacked One". All of a sudden a man who was Champion of England last season is now being publicly crucified by the British Media. A man who now more than ever needs the support of his players, fans and his club.

It would be the eleventh change in Roman Abramovich's era at Chelsea and honestly it would cause the club most damage. If any Chelsea fan believes that sacking Jose would lead to another Roberto Di Matteo Champions league fairy tale he is clearly smoking too much grass as the club now more than ever needs stability.
Managers in Abramovich's Era
Claudio Ranieri, 2000/04

Jose Mourinho, 2004/07

Avram Grant, 2007/08

Luiz Felipe Scolari, 2008/09
Guus Hiddink, 2009
Carlo Ancelotti, 2009/11
Andre Villas-Boas, 2011/12
Roberto Di Matteo, 2012
Rafael Benitez, 2012/13
Jose Mourinho, 2013-present

Jose Mourinho must stay at Chelsea FC and here are the reasons why

One of the Best Manager if not the best in the world
He still is the Champion of England and his team still are the current title holders . The fact that even the news of his sack is still linking him to big clubs like PSG and Inter shows that he still is a very demanding manager in the football world and we should be lucky to have him.

Loves the Club and Fan Favorite
How many top Managers would take a pay cut of around 4 Million, from 12 Million an year to 8 Million an year just so he could join his beloved club again shows Jose's Relationship with the club.

"I'm here because I love the club, I love the project. It's a different project. I also love the country in terms of football, but the main reason is I was explained what the club wanted of me, and I liked that."

And by no means this relationship is one sided the Fans absolutely worship Jose Mourinho at the bridge apart from the few plastics who find Jose Mourinho football "too boring" and would jump the new manager bandwagon with "Bring in Pep" and "Simeone is the perfect for Chelsea". Manly tears were shed when Mourinho left back in 2007 and manly tears will be shed again if this happens again :'(. Plus how many football fans would have a banner of their manager's dog in the stadium.

He deserves Time
This is the man who laid the foundation for the modern Chelsea and if any man has earned a get out of jail card at Chelsea its Jose Mourinho. So what we have a trophy less season and the biggest achievement of the season is finishing in the Top 4. Chelsea now more than ever needs stability and a short term replacement might get you an impulsive trophy or two but at the end of the day we would be back to square one of the Chelsea manager merry go round.

Replacements
If we do end up sacking Mourinho ( Worst Decision EVER). Who would we bring in at this time of the season ? Ancelotti or Hiddink ?? both short term replacements and even if we do get an interim manager and end up getting Pep Guardiola or Diego Simeone in the summer what are the odds that they would be successful at Chelsea.
Chelsea is no Barcelona or Bayern and would Pep be able to achieve what he has with those two very talented teams?? or would Simeone be able to handle the pressure of expecting to win the league every other season rather than just be title contenders or qualify for champions league football??
If Jose Mourinho cannot stay as a long term manager at Chelsea FC then i am afraid no manager would be able to do so at Chelsea.

Not all his Fault
I mean its not only the managers fault we are in this situation is it? The whole team looks like a shadow of what they were last season. Hazard seems uninterested at times, Fabregas is predictable , Matic a defensive wall seems more like a gate now, John Terry is showing signs of decline, Costa is more interested in fighting rather than scoring goals and Ivanovic died this summer and an impostor is playing for Chelsea Fc. The team needs to show their support for the manager on THE FIELD rather than in press conferences and interviews. The players need to get some pressure off from him, a good start would be taking 3 points against Liverpool.

Chelsea must stick with Jose Mourinho and weather this storm. If Mourinho comes out of this patch not only would he gain confidence but we would see him rule at the Bridge in a Fergie-esque dynasty for a very long time.

IN JOSE WE TRUST

Why the Chelsea Loan Policy is a Success

"Sending players out on loan is not part of our philosophy. It's a decision we make case by case... there's no policy or clear philosophy behind it like at Chelsea" said the Bayern Munich Technical Director. So why is chelsea's loan policy so criticized by big clubs ? Its simple because Chelsea have come up with a smart business model which enables them to make money and find the best talent in the world.

Chelsea have 30 PLAYERS on loan this season playing in various leagues of the world and almost all of them are playing in teams less superior to Chelsea. Its simple we buy unproven but talented youngsters for a very minimum amount and send them on loan to different clubs in different leagues where they get a chance to prove themselves. Now after their loan spell is over there are two types of players with two different scenarios and one exception scenario:-
  • Player Gain Thibaut Cortois - Bought for a bargain fee in a region of €7-8 M, spent 3 years on loan at Athletico Madrid, proved himself, came back given a chance earned his position as Number 1 and is now the clubs First Choice Keeper.Case of Thibaut Courtois really justifies the loan policy. Getting a player of such high quality after a few years on loan makes it totally worth with.

  • Financial Gain Patrick Van Holt - Bought in 2007 by Chelsea for €3,000,000, spent his time at 4 different clubs never made an impact at any and in 2004 was sold for €2.0 M by Chelsea which doesn't include the loan money we made by sending him on loan.

  • Exception case Kevin De Bruyne and Lukaku - Both very talented players had successful loan spells but after coming back to Chelsea DEMANDED their place instead of EARNING it especially Lukaku. Which lead them they being sold at almost twice the amount they were bought for showing that the winner in this case was again Chelsea.

Everyone out of these loaned players has a chance to make a mark and come back to Chelsea and FIGHT for his place just like Zouma did and is getting rewarded by the Manager. Mourinho himself is very interested in the youth system this time and is monitoring the progress of all his loaned players as Thorgan Hazard recently said that Mourinho is in his contact with his father and is pleased with his development. Where as Thorgan Hazard is enjoying a good spell some players like Tomas Kalas(The guy who kept suarez in his pocket last season against liverpool) arent able to make their mark on their loan spells even though chelsea have now sent him to Boro and if he doesn't impress or develop as chelsea would like then Chelsea wont be wrong to sell him which again would be much more for what we bought him for.

Out of these 30 loaned players only few will make the Chelsea team and rest all will be sold but with PROFIT and if out of these players you gain two - three gems like thibaut cortois and make money out of others make this system a SUCCESS !!!!

A Summer of Spending

Seems like this summer Chelsea FC would have a butt load of money to spend in the transfer window most of which for once wont be coming out of ROMANS Pocket.

Chelsea would have give or take a 100-120 m war chest this summer most of which will include the 40-50 million luiz fee and around 35-40 million from the sale of fringe players like Moses, Marin, Romeu, Ba, Bertand and MAYBE TORRES and the rest of course by our beloved owner !

Heres my take on how we should spend the Money

     Diego Costa - (32 Million)

Linked with Chelsea for almost a year. With Eto leaving and Ba and Torres Future still unsure would be a perfect signing. According to Sky Sports Sources the deal has been already done and will be announced in June. The 25 year old has been in Lethal Form for the club this season scoring 25 goals and is likely to be a starter for Spain this world cup. His Strength and power could fill the gap which Didier Drogba left at Stamford Bridge.

Luke Shaw (20-25 Million)

Chelsea fan, considers Ashley Cole his idol why isnt this kid signed yet? With Ashley Cole being released and Bertand not seen as a long term option Luke Shaw can fit the boots perfectly as Chelsea Left Back even at the age of 18. Would cost us around 20-25 million but with him as LB and Azpi as RB(his natural Position) we wouldn't have to spend a single penny on our RB or LB positions for easily 6-7 seasons.

Koke (20-25 million) or Pogba (40-45 million)

Recently Linked with Chelsea after announcing that Frank Lampard has been released by Chelsea FOR NOW(Chelsea can offer new contract). Two very talented mid fielders though both will come with a huge price tag. Pogba recently has said hes happy at the club but his agent has hinted he may go. Personally Pogba with Matic would be a partnership that would take the premier league by storm

5 Players Nearly Signed By Arsene Wenger

I must say Arsene has an eye for talent as most of these world class players were discovered by him before they became superstars but i guess discovering a talent and signing him are two different things. Here is the list of top 5 players nearly signed by Arsene Wenger. I must say if these transfers would have gone through woah what a team Arsenal would have been.

 5. Cristiano Ronaldo

Apparently a 4 million fee transfer was set to be concluded by arsenal but then ronaldo had that game against united and Ripped apart United in Sporting s 3-1 win which lead to a 11 million offer by United and well rest is history

4.Didier Drogba
Wenger once revealed that he had the option of procuring Drogba for as little as £100,000 (less than half his weekly wage these days) back in the early 2000s when the Drog was starting out in France with Le Mans. If that would have happened all i can say is Chelsea fans would have been hating him big time now lol !

3.Petr Cech
Cech was all but set to join Arsenal upon leaving Sparta Prague in 2002 but seems issues like Both fees and personal terms were agreed but work permit issues Arsenal thought he was not worth the hassle. Instead, he joined French side Rennes before eventually ending up at Chelsea to become one of the best goal keepers of the world.

2. Samuel Eto
After leaving Real Mallorca as their all-time top league goalscorer Eto’o was offered to Arsenal in 2004 by Wenger’s own admission, though his anger problems and his ego issues made Wenger not go for him. Arsenal eventually dropped out of the race leaving the Cameroonian to join Barcelona where he banged goals on a regular basis.

1.Zalatan Ibrahimovic

At the age of 17 , Zlatan was on the very verge of joining Arsenal from Malmo for £3 million in 2001, well untill Wenger asked him to play a trial match at Arsenal before signing professional papers and Ibra who we all know is a cocky bastard refused and the deal fell through.
