Why Jose Mourinho Must Stay !!!

WARNING: THIS ARTICLE IS BIASED AS FUCK !!!

It seems like its Sacking time at Chelsea or at least that's what the  British media is making us believe. "Jose Mourinho on the brink", "Jose to be sacked next Saturday"and the not so clever " The Sacked One". All of a sudden a man who was Champion of England last season is now being publicly crucified by the British Media. A man who now more than ever needs the support of his players, fans and his club.

It would be the eleventh change in Roman Abramovich's era at Chelsea and honestly it would cause the club most damage. If any Chelsea fan believes that sacking Jose would lead to another Roberto Di Matteo Champions league fairy tale he is clearly smoking too much grass as the club now more than ever needs stability.
Managers in Abramovich's Era
Claudio Ranieri, 2000/04

Jose Mourinho, 2004/07

Avram Grant, 2007/08

Luiz Felipe Scolari, 2008/09
Guus Hiddink, 2009
Carlo Ancelotti, 2009/11
Andre Villas-Boas, 2011/12
Roberto Di Matteo, 2012
Rafael Benitez, 2012/13
Jose Mourinho, 2013-present

Jose Mourinho must stay at Chelsea FC and here are the reasons why

One of the Best Manager if not the best in the world
He still is the Champion of England and his team still are the current title holders . The fact that even the news of his sack is still linking him to big clubs like PSG and Inter shows that he still is a very demanding manager in the football world and we should be lucky to have him.

Loves the Club and Fan Favorite
How many top Managers would take a pay cut of around 4 Million, from 12 Million an year to 8 Million an year just so he could join his beloved club again shows Jose's Relationship with the club.

"I'm here because I love the club, I love the project. It's a different project. I also love the country in terms of football, but the main reason is I was explained what the club wanted of me, and I liked that."

And by no means this relationship is one sided the Fans absolutely worship Jose Mourinho at the bridge apart from the few plastics who find Jose Mourinho football "too boring" and would jump the new manager bandwagon with "Bring in Pep" and "Simeone is the perfect for Chelsea". Manly tears were shed when Mourinho left back in 2007 and manly tears will be shed again if this happens again :'(. Plus how many football fans would have a banner of their manager's dog in the stadium.

He deserves Time
This is the man who laid the foundation for the modern Chelsea and if any man has earned a get out of jail card at Chelsea its Jose Mourinho. So what we have a trophy less season and the biggest achievement of the season is finishing in the Top 4. Chelsea now more than ever needs stability and a short term replacement might get you an impulsive trophy or two but at the end of the day we would be back to square one of the Chelsea manager merry go round.

Replacements
If we do end up sacking Mourinho ( Worst Decision EVER). Who would we bring in at this time of the season ? Ancelotti or Hiddink ?? both short term replacements and even if we do get an interim manager and end up getting Pep Guardiola or Diego Simeone in the summer what are the odds that they would be successful at Chelsea.
Chelsea is no Barcelona or Bayern and would Pep be able to achieve what he has with those two very talented teams?? or would Simeone be able to handle the pressure of expecting to win the league every other season rather than just be title contenders or qualify for champions league football??
If Jose Mourinho cannot stay as a long term manager at Chelsea FC then i am afraid no manager would be able to do so at Chelsea.

Not all his Fault
I mean its not only the managers fault we are in this situation is it? The whole team looks like a shadow of what they were last season. Hazard seems uninterested at times, Fabregas is predictable , Matic a defensive wall seems more like a gate now, John Terry is showing signs of decline, Costa is more interested in fighting rather than scoring goals and Ivanovic died this summer and an impostor is playing for Chelsea Fc. The team needs to show their support for the manager on THE FIELD rather than in press conferences and interviews. The players need to get some pressure off from him, a good start would be taking 3 points against Liverpool.

Chelsea must stick with Jose Mourinho and weather this storm. If Mourinho comes out of this patch not only would he gain confidence but we would see him rule at the Bridge in a Fergie-esque dynasty for a very long time.

IN JOSE WE TRUST
